  • Your enrolment is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received, your booking has been accepted by Cheam Skills College and access to your course has been issued. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an enrolment where necessary.
  • All online courses are licensed for individual use only. Once access has been granted, your login details must remain confidential and must not be shared with any other person. 4. Fees and Payments

All course fees and service charges are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£). Payment must be made in full before course access is granted, examination bookings are arranged or applications are submitted. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time; however, any changes will not affect purchases that have already been confirmed.

5. Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Refunds may be available before course access has been issued, subject to our Refund Policy. Once course access has been provided or any part of the course has been accessed, no refund will be available. Fees paid for examinations, application services, booking fees or other third-party services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We recommend that all learners carefully read our Refund Policy before making a purchase.

6. Learner Responsibilities

Learners are responsible for completing their course within the required time, ensuring they have suitable internet access and equipment, providing accurate personal information and completing all assessments honestly. It is the learner’s responsibility to follow all instructions issued by Cheam Skills College and any relevant awarding organisation throughout the learning and assessment process.

7. Assessments and Qualification at Home

Certain qualifications require learners to complete online examinations using remote invigilation. Where applicable, learners must provide valid photographic identification, meet all technical requirements and ensure that their examination environment complies with the examination regulations. Learners must follow all instructions provided by the invigilator before and during the examination. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the examination being cancelled, postponed or referred for investigation.

8. Academic Integrity and Malpractice

Cheam Skills College maintains high standards of academic integrity. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, collusion, use of unauthorised materials or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage during an assessment is strictly prohibited. Where malpractice is suspected, assessments may be cancelled, results withheld and qualifications withdrawn. Serious cases may be referred to the relevant awarding organisation for further investigation and action.

9. Certificates

Certificates are issued only after all qualification requirements have been successfully completed and, where applicable, the awarding organisation has confirmed the learner’s achievement. Certificate issue times may vary depending on the awarding organisation and the qualification undertaken.

10. CITB Test Booking

Where Cheam Skills College provides a CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test booking service, we act solely as a booking provider. Test availability, appointment dates and testing locations are controlled by the official testing provider. While we will make every effort to secure your preferred booking, we cannot guarantee availability. Any amendments or cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the testing provider.

11. CSCS Green Card Application Support

Where purchased, Cheam Skills College provides assistance with preparing and submitting CSCS Green Card applications. We will ensure that applications are completed using the information supplied by the learner. However, the decision to issue a CSCS card rests solely with CSCS. We cannot guarantee approval, and we accept no responsibility for delays or rejections resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the learner.
