This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for courses and services purchased through our website. It is designed to comply with applicable UK consumer legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you purchase a course or service online as a consumer, you normally have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
However, by purchasing an online course and requesting immediate access to digital learning materials or asking Cheam Skills College Ltd to begin providing services immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and services.
Once you have accessed your online course or digital learning materials, or once we have started providing the requested service, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel and receive a refund may no longer apply, except where required by law.
Registration or certification fees paid to Highfield or any other awarding organisation are non-refundable once registration has been completed.
Examination, assessment and remote invigilation fees become non-refundable once an examination has been booked, an invigilation session has been scheduled, examination access has been issued or third-party fees have been incurred.
The official CITB test fee becomes non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed with CITB. If the booking has not yet been processed, a refund may be issued less any administration costs already incurred. Administration or booking fees become non-refundable once work has commenced.
Our CSCS card application support service becomes non-refundable once documents have been reviewed, the application has been prepared or submitted, or third-party fees have been paid. Third-party fees are subject to the relevant organization’s refund policy.
Refunds will not be issued where a learner fails to attend a booked examination, assessment, CITB test or remote invigilation session, fails to complete a course within the allocated access period, or chooses not to continue after course access has been provided.
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
If Cheam Skills College Ltd cancels a course or cannot provide the purchased service, learners will be offered either a full refund or an alternative course, assessment or booking date.
If technical issues caused by Cheam Skills College Ltd or its approved learning platforms prevent access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we may extend course access, transfer enrolment or provide another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights. If a course or service is faulty, significantly different from its description, or not delivered with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy under UK law.
